Can the product be shipped out of the US?

Our shipping service supports the United States of America, NOT support the following areas:
PR(Puerto Rico), HI(Hawaii), VI( Virgin Islands), AK(Alaska), GU(Guam), AA(Armed Forces America),  AE(Armed Forces), AP(Armed Forces Pacific), AS(American Samoa), MP( The Northern Mariana Islands).
Please note: we currently DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

When Can I get the product?

Due to additional steps that need to be taken when shipping oversized items as compared to normal-sized items, products will be shipped within 10 days, which includes:
Handle Time: 2 – 3 Business Days.
Shipping Time: 3 – 10 Days( OverSize Product), 3 – 7 Days ( Normal Product)

“Is OverSize” – The attribute in the product’s additional information.

Where can I track my order?

After the goods are shipped, an order complete email will be sent to you. Please pay attention to checking your email. It will contain the tracking number and tracking websites if the order is tracked.

How do I change my delivery address?

When an order has been processed for shipping by the warehouse but hasn’t left the warehouse, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your package has left the warehouse, This process will incur fees, and the costs of the fees will be based on the quotation given to us by the logistics. So please make sure that the mailing address to us is correct to avoid unnecessary costs, especially for customers who plan to move.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please contact us by telling us the order number and the details you received. Once Customer Service confirms an item is incorrect, we will either refund you or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). We will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate you the return shipping fee once when we receive it.

What should I do if my products arrive damaged?

If your item was damaged during shipping, please supply the “Proof of Damage” photos of the broken product, We will usually send a replacement Free as soon as the problem is confirmed.
